Day 3 focused on Emerging Interests and included panels of renowned subject matter experts who facilitated in-depth discussions on the High North/Arctic, Middle East and Addressing New Hybrid Threats through Emerging Tech.

Irregular Warfare Center had the extreme honor of hosting Dr. Wladimir Klitschko, Olympic Boxing Gold Medalist, International Boxing Hall of Famer, Two-time World Heavyweight Boxing Champion, Challenge Master, Founder, Best-Selling Author, Lecturer and Voice from/for #Kyiv .

IWC Director, Dr. Dennis Walters, and IWC SME (contractor) Nolan Peterson, sat down with the former heavyweight champion during a fireside chat session to discuss Empowering Resilience at the Local Government Level.
