Remember this Sunday, 4th May, is the Ipswich to Felixstowe historic vehicle run. Vehicles to leave Christchurch Park for Felixstowe promenade at 11:00.

Today is the annual Ipswich to Felixstowe historic vehicle run. The first vehicles are scheduled to leave Christchurch Park at 11 and arrive in Felixstowe seafront around 12. The weather forecast, on the other hand, is cloudy (let's hope the sunshine does pop out!). #Suffolk

The Ipswich to Felixstowe run of 2025 has come to an end. We hope everyone had a fabulous time despite the on and off weather.

It’s the celebration of 75 years of Motorbus operation in Ipswich today, our friends Ipswich Transport Museum will replicate the original Whitehouse 9B route of 1950 with the original motorbus 1. Come and join on the fun at the transport museum.

As usual, ADX1s' 75th birthday event has a cake cut by dedicated volunteer Kenny to celebrate the birthday bus. 🎂

As part of ADX1s 75th birthday, the museum would like to thank our friends at Ipswich Buses Official for bringing out two of their Scania OmniDekka vehicles.

Weekend of Steam – The Ransomes Return! Engines have begun arriving in Ipswich for Saturday’s road run and Sunday’s main event at the Museum, 6 July from 11:00 to 16:00. Marvel at historic heavy engineering; some visiting all the way from Scotland!
