.IonaGaelsXCTF's Damien Dilcher is the lone Gael remaining in action for the 2023-24 school year. Tomorrow night he takes on the NCAA Championship 1500-meter semifinal. APPSportsDesk's Jerry Carino wrote a great story on Damien leading up to tomorrow's race. π:

Huge result last night at #meetingnikaia for former IonaGaelsXCTF athlete MaΓ«l Gouyette who clocked a PB 3:32.67 in the 1500m, comfortably under the #Paris2024 entry standard of 3:33.50. He is only the 2nd Frenchman to get the standard after Azeddine Habz.
