We celebrated NoVARAFT’s successful year-round tutoring. We celebrated 8k extra hours of instruction, 2k volunteer hours, 37/39 high school standardized tests passed, 47 average students per class, average literacy increase of 3 points for MS students. Please read more below ⬇️

One very exciting development was to see the expanding relationship between George Mason University and the refugee community. GMU students — led by Yenna Kwon — have become the lynchpin of the program, providing tutoring and taking students on field trips around the area. 👏🏽🙏🏾❤️
