The new energy labels will come into play from today, so what do the new changes mean?

It's quite simple. The usual ‘Plus’ classes, such as A +++, A ++ and A +, are replaced by a scale from A to G.

From March 1 2021 the new Ecodesign Regulation will be applied alongside the new energy label change. This new regulation aims to reduce the environmental impact of household appliances, taking into account the entire life cycle.
