@senz497 Sorry to hear this. I recorded all incidents with my previous supervisor on a 28 document which was sent to the department chair. And was useful for all administrators (there were many) who would go on to support me

@senz497 Focus on events, how they lead to a culture where you are being held back, not getting academic supervision, try not too focus too much on your feelings. This event-based doc will reveal gaslighting, bullying, and your attempts to address problems professionally

@senz497 I made sure the document was rock solid on the professional grievances and portrayed my professionalism if it were brought to the light. Then be ready to show this to all the mental health, academic administrators, counselors your talk to. This doc will help them advocate 4 you

@adeline_bio @NicSheaWrites I think in some ways writing is more about thinking and analyzing. I’m ok with the writing but have analysis paralysis. That might be out of scope of what you’re thinking of doing but any thoughts or resources you have to share about this would be great!
