NYC’s sanctuary laws must be enforced if we are to build trust between immigrant communities and govt actors. Otherwise rights w/o remedies aren't rights at all. We urge New York City Council to pass Council Member Shahana Hanif's Intro 214 so no one else has to go through what Jennifer did. #ICEOutNYC
