A Case of mis-declaration of Export goods booked and Recovery of Rs. 23.94 lakhs made by SIIB, ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi. The goods of Chapter Heading 7210 & 7222 were declared as"Spare Parts for Sugar Factory" under Heading 8438 instead to evade payment of export duty.

An attempt to export “Used Auto Catalytic Converters - Ferrous Waste” (HSN 7204) to United Kingdom evading export duty by mis-classifying the goods (HSN 7112) has been booked by officials of ICD TKD Export.

Mis- declaration of essential oils- including restricted "Sandalwood Oil" as "Orange Oil"- to export the items to United Kingdom has been detected by officials of ICD, TKD, Export. Goods have been seized and legal proceedings initiated.

Goods declared as brass builder hardware having declared value of Rs. 49,95,330/- seized by the SIIB & appeared to be overvalued and mis-classified to claim undue export benefits i.e. IGST Rs. 8,99,159/-, DBK, Rs. 71,100/- & RODTEP Rs. 29,972/-.

A consignment to Qatar where Iron sheets (HSN 7210) were misclassified as 'water storage tanks' (HSN 7309) to evade export duty @ 15% was detected by ICD TKD Export. The goods have been seized and further investigation on CBIC Delhi Customs

Swachhata pledge was administered in the office of ICD TKD Export commissionerate as a part of Swachhta Pakhwada being observed from 16th January 2023 to 31st January 2023. #SwachhBharat

Under the Swachhta initiative of Customs, a renovated park for ICD employees was opened by the Chief Commissioner of Customs, Delhi Zone. The project included the installation of Dustbins, Benches, plantation, and the beautification of Export Warehouse premises. #SwachhBharat
