What a wonderful LP this remains, a lost gem. It has a different beauty to the Bunnymen LPs. So many highlights, the way Ian sings the gorgeous line 'lost in the wonder of it all' one of them.
How did Proud to Fall not chart? Such a intelligent, fine song.

This great human being would have been 66 today. Such a top man he once got Big Country to play a free lunchtime gig in a school for the kids. This was after Big Country had hit the charts.
His memory will indeed Stay Alive.
