Bit biased. Nice little groups meeting Thursday lunchtime at the K2 in Crawley for runs around Tilgate Park and meeting Friday lunchtime at Worthing Leisure Centre utilising the running track. Open to all abilities 😀.

Not tweeted for a while. Thought this was worth a mention. Completed my longest ever run on Saturday. South Downs Way 50. 50 miles from Worthing to Eastbourne. Yes it’s as long as it sounds!!! Amazing what the body can do when the mind tells it to 😀
