Pep: if a player doesn’t want to play, he won’t play. If they are too tired.
Just look out our games and you will see how vital Rodri is to us #ManCity

Pep: to get to Ballon D’Or Haaland has to play more but his target is to win trophies and that’s what he’s done.
I have not spoken to the players or doctors about fitness whether Foden or Walker. #ManCity

Pep: the more games we play the worse it gets for players, more fixtures = more injuries.
Haaland is a young player he has margins to improve but it’s more about the team than him to get better #ManCity

Pep: we’ll assess player fitness when we train this afternoon. Playing first or last makes no difference, we know what we have to do.
I’ve not spoken to Rodri about him needing rest. I have the feeling our team played better in the second half at Real #ManCity
