Working on a project with Christopher L. Mathis and came across Epperson v. Arkansas, 393 U.S. 97 (1968). It's interesting and definitely relevant to a lot of the legislation being proposed today. #EducationLaw #LetTeachersTeach

Yet, we are not teaching education law in every law school. From these interpretations it needs to be mandatory. 👀👀
