We'd like to say a big THANK YOU to those who joined us for this year's Isle of Wight Walking Festival Spring event, which took place from 11-19 May 2024.🙏

The Spring Festival saw 46 volunteer Walk Leaders guide over 1,000 walkers on 74 walks across the #IsleofWight .🥾

Thank you to the 31 walkers who joined us on yesterday’s ’Wonders of the West Wight’ with David Howarth. Taking in views of The Needles, Headon Warren and the Tennyson Monument (@ntisleofwight)🌿🥾

Led nearly 20 walkers today as part of the Isle of Wight Walking Festival . I spoke about the history & geology & rewilding projects from Ryde to Nunwell to Brading. Everyone was so positive- some even said they'd watch out for any future walks I did!
Such a privilege to be part of the festival.

Today’s ‘Part of the Warrior Trail’ walk around National Trust Isle of Wight’s Mottistone with Bob Seely MP.🌿🥾

Taking in the countryside where the original War Horse named ‘Warrior’ spent his days with owner General Jack Seely.🐎

Yesterday, 21 intrepid historians and walkers joined Author Tim Wander for his now famous Northwood House and Estate tour - which thanks to the church volunteers - also included a chance to visit inside the amazing St Mary's church.🥾
