We collaborated with the Centre for Civil Society Strengthening to conduct a capacity-building workshop for Parliament of Malawi staff, specifically in the research department. The training was aimed at equipping the participants with essential research and data analysis skills.

We are conducting an enumerator training for the GESD Citizen Satisfaction Mid-line Survey in partnership with NLGFC Malawi. The study aims to gain an understanding of citizen satisfaction with public services, which will help to inform data-driven improvements for communities.

As we continue with the enumerator training for the GESD Citizen Satisfaction Mid-line Survey with NLGFC Malawi, our focus for today is mastering sampling techniques, a crucial step to ensure our findings represent the voices of all communities.

We’ve dispatched 9 teams of enumerators to 11 districts across #Malawi for data collection of the Governance to Enable Service Delivery Citizen Satisfaction survey! This marks another step in our commitment to producing evidence-based insights that inform policy and drive impact.

This weekend, the Board Finance & Administration Committee convened to deliberate on key strategies. This important milestone reaffirms our commitment to fiscal accountability and operational excellence as we continue to drive and implement transformative research initiatives.
