🎉 Today marks 38 years since the UN Convention Against Torture (#CAT) entered into force. 🌎 All Latin American states have ratified it; Carribean States Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, Saint Lucia, and Haiti still haven not. Ratification is just the start. Compliance is key.
