MEPs have given their final green light to the EU Disability Card and the European Parking Card for people with disabilities.

The Disability Card can be issued and renewed free of charge.

Those eligible for postal vote in local and European elections include Defence Forces, Gardai and Prison Service, some students and workers, and those living with a disability or illness at home. The Electoral Commission tells RTÉ News get your application in by May 11.
