22nd Circuit Judge Justin Hansen visited 8th graders @ Immanuel Lutheran School. Judge Hansen presented “Effective Arguments: From someone who listens to them for a living” working through different scenarios to talk about persuasive techniques & using precedent effectively.

IJA #MemberMonday - Members matters to judges throughout the state that participated in the 41st Annual Illinois State Bar High School Mock Trial Invitational at the U of I Springfield. A record number of 50 teams from high schools across Illinois competed in up to three trials each.

The St. Clair County Judiciary celebrated #WomensHistoryMonth by attending the 2024 Women’s Leadership Luncheon. The keynote speaker, Rabbi Susan Talve, mesmerized the crowd with her presentation “Radical Non-violent Peacemaking Strategies – Secrets from the Women of the Torah.”
