The first day of the 5th ERIA Experts Working Group on Marine Plastic Debris Meeting, held in Bangkok on March 5th, focused on efforts to address marine plastic pollution in ASEAN+3. The meeting was organized by Marine Plastics ERIA in collaboration with IGES.

Thanks to our Experts and special invitees, we wrapped up the 5th ERIA’s Experts Working Group meeting!

This time in Bangkok, our knowledge exchange and policy suggestions reflected the preparation of the #plastictreaty , and the utilization of #EPR in the ASEAN+3 context.
