Fitbit users are unanimously opposed to removing the browser interface. Many of us feel strongly about it. community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-… The claim that data and features of the dashboard are available in the app is a lie. Why did they do this? It makes no sense. #Fitbit is failing.

Interest in intermittent fasting appears to be lessening. There is an annual peak in Google searches right around this time of year, with the highest being 2020. Maybe this reflects the fact that most people already know what they want to know.

The short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) have beneficial health effects, are produced by microbial metabolism and are unique acyl lysine histone marks. These papers show that the last bit is important; it's a mechanism by which the microbiome alters gene expression.

I literally laughed out loud when I read U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. quoted as saying that Kennedy would restore trust in the CDC, FDA and NIH. The opposite is true. Kennedy will almost certainly compromise all three, and a lack of trust will follow.
