The IESC-implemented USAID North Macedonia Youth Actively Create Opportunities program held a Women's Entrepreneurship and Leadership Workshop with @hera_mkd & Coca-Cola Hellenic, helping 20 women in #NorthMacedonia enhance their leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

IESC hosted a cost of production validation workshop as part of the USAID/Eastern and Southern Caribbean #Caribbean Agricultural Productivity improvement Activity (CAPA) last month. The workshop introduced a customizable template to help farmers accurately calculate production costs and revenues.

As we begin a new year, we're reflecting on IESC's impact in 2024. We started new programs in Albania and Senegal, among others, and continued creating economic opportunity throughout the economically developing world. We look forward to continuing this important work in 2025.
