Very pleased to see two of our papers come out today. First, Alicia's work on the use of light-up fluorescent RNA aptamers in synthetic biology, a collaboration with Rodrigo Ledesma-Amaro in Imperial College Centre for Synthetic Biology :

Great news for the Imperial College Centre for Synthetic Biology community Imperial College London with involvement in 4 of the recently announced Mission Hubs in Engineering Biology. Looking forward to working with Rodrigo Ledesma-Amaro on the microbial food hub. imperial.ac.uk/news/251436/uk…

With thanks to the marvellous Magdalena Bak-Meier Dr. Magdalena Bak-Maier 💞🇵🇱 🏳️🌈 for sharing her wisdom, coaching insights and self improvement strategies with this fabulously talented group of #FutureLeaders

Congratulations to Dr Annalise Zouein for successfully defending her PhD today on DNA and RNA based control of mammalian gene expression. Anna was supervised by the brilliant Francesca Ceroni and was one of Imperial’s first BioDesignEngCDT students. Very proud of her!

What a great week spent on retreat with our BioDesignEngCDT students. What an inspiring group of talented individuals. So special gathering them all together.

Please check out this PostDoc opportunity at Bristol, supervised by Thomas Gorochowski with support from our group at Bioengineering Imperial College Centre for Synthetic Biology Positions | Research groups | Imperial College London
