ICOMOS Nigeria celebrated the International Day for Monuments and Sites, also known as World Heritage Day, on April 18th in diverse collaborative ways. This year's theme, "Disaster and Conflict Resilient Heritage"

This year's theme, "Disaster and Conflict Resilient Heritage: Preparedness, Response, and Recovery encouraged community engagement and facilitated inclusion on all sides. Celebrations took place in three states (Enugu, Plateau and Kaduna) within Nigeria.
