A 9 yr/F was given anti CD19 CAR T cell therapy for refractory (TP53 del) B-ALL. 1 month Post 🚘 therapy, marrow was sent for MRD assessment. MFC MRD analysis was done using anti-CD19 (with CD22 and CD24) gating strategy. Dot plots gated on MNC (except SSvsCD45) are shown (1/3).
