People often ask me about our fitness training. Everything we do in training is related to the way we want to play, to our identity. There's no room or time for traditional fitness training. We train our principles creating exercises to bring out the behaviors we want in our play

Each game model has a specific energy requirement. So then the questions become: Are your weekly training sessions compatible with that game model & and energy needs. Are there specific individual & team adaptations occurring based on the sessions? Is there harmony & specificity?

Traditionally/conventionally, the game is taught broken down into individual actions trained in isolation - not connected with team intentions - then put back together at the team level. By taking a complex dynamic systems approach, we see the game holistically/interconnected
