Transformation in France doesn't involve gradual re-designs with a bump-out here and a slightly wider sidewalk there. It involves equitable road-space reallocation, system-wide changes and data-led interventions like raised intersections. Impressive to see, a joy to experience.

Great to see this high-quality bike parking facility just installed at the Almon St. Post office.

This new mid-rise in #Oulu 🇫🇮 has 80+ covered parking places for bicycles, easily accessible. There's another 80+ easily accessible warm indoor spots (not visible here). This is because of city bicycle parking minimums that regulate both the amount & quality of bike parking 👌 1/
