In newly dx'd tx-naïve pts w/ #IBD , serum & urine metabolite profiling revealed alterations in energy & amino acid metabolism. Different metabolite changes in CD were noted for dz subtype & were more marked than in UC. This could help in pt stratification! bit.ly/4adAi2x
