I'm grateful for Discord which facilitates many online communities. Community is essential for our sense of belonging, and is not only our niche groups around our interests but also all the people we interact with as we participate in society - a little kindness goes a long way

This week was rough. I have been in hypertensive crisis with extremely high blood pressure readings, headaches, & tight chest. Thanks to the medical team who caught it, investigated with testing & gave treatment. If you haven't had a check up for a while, I recommend doing so 💖
