This is a warning to all BC animation studios: it's time to follow the law. Continue to refuse to pay your workers in line with the ESA, and we'll have to continue this fight through the only 2 routes available to us: the courts and by unionizing your productions. It's up to you.

My personal favourite is when the adjudicator gave cinesite the oxford English dictionary definition of "scientific" and "prototype".

All through this document you can tell that Cinesite threw everything at the wall, from the editing of plugin for our software (which is not our job) to the claim that CGI film and television is equivalent to "gaming software". Nothing stuck. Enough with the excuses to under pay!
