Excellent achievement by our Hymers College team at yesterday's MFL debating competition at St Peter's School, York. Congratulations to both our Spanish and French teams that delivered an exceptional performance, with the French team making it to the semifinals. Justin Stanley

Two talented Year 8 students, Hannah & Lara, performed excellently at the Translation Bee Regional Competition. They both did incredibly well and displayed a natural linguistic ability. Lara has also secured a place at the National Final at the University of Cambridge next month.
