Today is your LAST day of the season to visit the full collection at #DarleyPark before we close the walled garden until next July. The outer garden is open all year.

In recent years to brighten the collection in early Spring we have added hardy bulbs to give a splash of colour. #Derby #Hydrangea #DarleyPark

At our collection at Darley Park in #Derby now that spring has arrived we have been out feeding the collection with blood, fish and bone fertiliser donated by Swarkestone Nursery, a great local plant outlet just outside Derby. #Hydrangea #DarleyPark

Over here in #Derby UK our early flowering Hydrangea plants are doing their thing including Hydrangea 'Runaway Bride' and Hydrangea heteromalla 'Long White'

In recent days our volunteers have opened up our main collection for the summer season. It is well worth a visit, it is free and the plants interest changes through the season. #Derby #Hydrangea
