Thank you for posting this. I thought it was one of the worst of Akin's arguments. It shows no familiarity with what we believe concerning the righteousness of Jesus Christ that is imputed to us, its origin, nature, etc.

I really do not know why Jimmy Akin came here to debate this evening. He is refusing to engage. He is simply here to make a presentation. Sad.

This evening our debate in Livingston, Louisiana will be, 'How Does a Person Have Peace with God?' For me, this will be a wonderful opportunity to focus upon the text of Scripture, trusting God's Spirit to bless Christ's sheep, both to edify those who have already bowed the knee
