So it's been exactly 8 weeks since I last picked up a weight. In those 8 weeks I picked up my cardio. And changed my diet. This is the lightest I've been in over 2 years. And my body fat% is the lowest it's ever been. Guess I can't say I'm a fat kid anymore lol.

I didn't do The Murph today. But I did manage to get in 2 separate runs of over 3 miles on the treadmill in between yard work.

Gotta put in work on a Saturday in June. To win on a Friday in September
