Brands will pay $100k for a booth at a conference with 2000 people to scan a bunch of QR codes and send an email sequence... But won't spend $10k on video content from the conference that could get 500,000 eyeballs and create brand awareness that converts. Makes sense.

Hollywood has stooped so low that most of these once big time actors are doing commercials. That's one step away from influencer marketing.
