Hugo Kornelis yes, this drives me crazy also. I think that my 'Microsoft Phone Link' has been crashing my 'Sid Meier's Pirates' recently, and I think that it's the same reason. I exited the program entirely and it stopped crashing. I also wish that app would STOP moving my voice call to PC.
