The Algonquin Athletic Complex was approved tonight at Northborough Town Meeting, the last step before the project can proceed! Many thanks to those that participated in the project planning and organizing and to the wonderfully supportive residents of Nboro and Sboro!

Congrats to the Robotics Team, which competed at the World Championships in Houston last week. The team placed 7th out of 66 teams in Massachusetts, 18th out of 185 in New England, and 172nd out of 2687 (top 6%) in the US! Go Titans!

Congrats to the 28 members of DECA that competed this weekend at the ICDC! Special recognition goes to standouts Eric Sun, Sindhu Veeramaneni, Riyana Patel, Sophia de Luna, and Ally O’Hearn!

Both the Boys’ & Girls’ Track Teams won the District 1 Relay Championship Meet. Two years in a row for the Girls’ Track Team!!!

Dear residents of Northborough and Southborough: the track and tennis courts will be closed until further notice as part of the Gonkplex renovation. Thanks for your patience and for your support of this much-needed project!

Crews continued to work on the courts today, creating a slight slope for drainage. Preventing water from building up will help extend the lifespan of the new athletic complex!

Sorry for the inconvenience, but the main office is keeping limited office hours this week. We are open on most weekdays through summer from 8-2, but keeping these hours will be difficult this week. Please call ahead to be sure we are open: (508) 351-7010.

The top course of asphalt was placed down on the courts today! This layer will take a couple of weeks to set before the final colored surface is placed down.
