In keeping with HISD’s commitment to meeting the needs of the WHOLE child, Thomas Middle School attended a Period Positivity Forum and learned to manage and understand their menstrual cycles. @HISDNutrition demonstrated an iron-rich brownie recipe to help make periods a little sweeter!
