Heat-related illnesses can be dangerous and sometimes fatal. Take precaution by staying indoors during the hottest hours of the day, wearing breathable, light clothing, and, if working outdoors, take regular breaks to cool down and stay hydrated.

Houston Fire Dept is on scene near the 11000 block of Longbrook Dr. after receiving reports of a house fire. The fire has been extinguished. Unfortunately, one civilian was found deceased. Please keep this family in your prayers. No FF injuries. Please avoid the area. Thomas Munoz

At approx 8:30 a.m. Houston Fire Dept was dispatched to 12634 East Fwy. The building has been evacuated, no injuries reported. FF’s on scene reported a flammable gas leak. HFD is concluding their investigation, & expect to allow employees to enter the building soon. Thomas Munoz
