In memory of retired HPD K9 Bandit. K9 Bandit, who bravely served alongside Sgt. Stuart Red from 2013 to 2022, passed away after a battle with cancer. Bandit was a loyal partner & protector of Houston. He spent his well-earned retirement with Sgt. Red. EOW: July 30, 2025
