Jake Helgren is the force behind 2019's "A Merry Christmas Match" for Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. This year he is on a roll, having already filmed "A Very Charming Christmas Town" for Lifetime (w/ Natalie Hall) & now "Christmas Cuisine of Love" w/ Kim Shaw (network is unknown).

Rumor has it that writer/producer Michael Damian may direct "Christmas Waltz" w/ Lacey Chabert. The last Hallmark Channel project Michael directed was "Sweeter Side of Life," & the last one he wrote was "Crown for Christmas." (Side note: I met him in the '80s - he's a nice guy!)
