Currently obsessed with growing our own herbs. Check out the first haul of chamomile for the year. 2 whiskey barrels full of blooms yielded over 2 CUPS of ultra-premium dried flowers. It hasn’t even been a week yet and both barrels are ready to harvest again.

We just had the best pickles. Grillo pickles from the deli section at Costco. Might not be able to eat another pickle again

Lite lunch: Cooked pasta A few Brussels sprouts A few Kalamata olives A little onion and garlic Sauté veggies till tender in butter, toss with pasta and olives, garnish with Romano (or Parmesan if you must)
