By using pieces of sliced cheese, I can get some bits of frico in my shredded chicken for #tacotuesday - used some Raw Spice Bar Seoul Fire #bbqrub w/ gochugaru peppers - same ones used for gochujang, bulgogi, & kimchee. Just keep scraping and turning so the cheese doesn’t burn!
