I don't know why people are surprised the Sox traded #Devers. He is being paid $310m dollars to be a part of a team, not to sulk and refuse to play a position of need. Not sure I'd have made the deal Breslow made, but this doesn't sting nearly as bad for me as Nomar in 2004.

Prediction following #Devers trade. Either an immensely unpopular blockbuster(ie: Duran/Password) with Atlanta, with Sox getting Ozuna and Sale or an equally unpopular yet less consequential (ie; no Duran) deal with Baltimore for Ryan O’Hearn.
