On this glorious last day of April, the brand new Horley Library is now open! We have one or two unforeseen technical IT hitches but come in and see us, explore all the new books, return and borrow books!

The formal opening of the new Horley library took place this morning. Surrey County Council Customer Services Leader Cllr David Samuels attended along with Horley West County Cllr Kay Hammond and Town Council Leader and Mayor Cllr David Powell.
