One of the things visitors always notice here is our strong family ethos — children of all ages play and learn together. This week, our new Nursery & Reception pupils met their Year 6 buddies, who will be there to support and encourage them outside the classroom🌟 #community

Congratulations to the incredible Red Roses – World Champions! We were incredibly lucky to welcome their amazing captain to Hopelands some time ago. Not only is Zoe an exceptional sports professional, but she’s also genuinely lovely – and this victory is so well deserved! #Rugby

The girls arrived full of excitement and energy for their match against The Richard Pate School! With ten players rotating every quarter, everyone had a chance to shine - and they absolutely did. So proud of the team’s stamina, teamwork, and determination, amazing effort, girls!

Year 6 had a very special visitor … Little Ted! This beautiful handmade bear was gifted to their teacher’s mum in 1943 during World War II. Made from a coat collar, shredded flannel petticoats and boot-button eyes, he’s a perfect example of wartime “Make Do and Mend”! #History

Reception have made a wonderful start to the new year and are thoroughly enjoying their new topic, Frozen Worlds. What better way to launch the topic than by exploring real snow and ice! The children loved building snowmen, exploring polar animals, and playing in their own igloo.
