This is interesting as I recently reduced my protein intake, when I started copper rich foods and now able to have some fiber again. I haven't tolerated fiber in a long time and I thought it was low Ca, but now this may play a role. After this switch, I lost 5lbs in a week.

All while using up your calcium stores, causing bone loss. Which could also contribute to weight loss as toxic metals, like Pb and Cd, can now be stored in your bones til the body can deal with them.

There's no way taking mild/moderate levels of calcium supplements carries more risk than being chronically calcium deficient. If you want to do the former, just make sure the signs clearly point to you being the latter.

When your teeth are falling out and you have six different obvious calcium deficiency symptoms, you take some supps, start getting better, share the result with Twitter. But you have some anon account relentlessly insisting it's a "duration paradox".

Yep! All these people getting better with a NEEDED mineral that has been depleted for many years in called replenishing, not duration paradox. 18 months in and I still see benefits from it and can tell when I don't take enough, even if it takes me a week or more to get there.

Absolutely! Been helping people for a few months now with calcium. Helped me sooo much. Glad to see more people see it's potential!

I like this review. Thanks for sharing. I'll add that he also needs to listen to feedback from others better & be OK when ppl bend his rules. Kicking ppl b/c their associated w/ someone who tried helping others and got banned shouldn't happen. It takes a community to truly heal.

This makes sense and also confirms the reason people who start supplementing Ca and stop niacin their blood vA increases even if they don't increase the vA consumption. Thank you for your work, Will of Europa 🪐.
