Our class completed our March Madness: book edition today with Hair Love by Matthew A. Cherry as our champion!! We got to read so many awesome books and some we got to read a few more times. We loved this challenge!! 📚🏆 GreenES Leaders Green PTA

Our class is now #proudauthors We created our own book topic, each of us wrote and illustrated a page, and dedicated our book to our teacher, @MsSimpson_Green, and Mr. Neiger because our class thought these people deserved it. I was honored they nominated me all by themselves ❤️

Today we got to hold our own mock election in honor of Election Day tomorrow. Students created their own voter registration card, listened to the candidates, and then voted. These leaders were so excited to practice their civic duty! GreenES Leaders @lesliedanneen

Today was #NationalTakeAHikeDay so we took a hike around our lovely school, GreenES Leaders. We observed nature and even saw some wildlife! As one student said “This is the best!” We loved sharpening our saws in nature today! The Leader in Me Green PTA
