We gathered this week for Collective Worship and continued our journey as Pilgrims of Hope by sharing our pledge.

Year 1 led the collective worship today sharing a message of hope and telling the story of Noah’s Ark.

We have been learning about healthy and unhealthy food. We played a game to make healthy choices in our lunch boxes.

Last week we looked at keeping healthy and designed posters around this.

We pray for Fr Silviu Climent and all in the parish community of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St Patrick, as well as the Carmelite community in Liverpool.

In our final assembly of the school year, we have celebrated punctuality and attendance awards as well as taking time to say goodbye to our wonderful Y6 children and some of our amazing staff!

We role played Noah’s Ark in groups. Noah was a good man who built an ark before God sent an ark. At playtime, some of us built an ark too! #RE #ToKnowYouMoreClearly #NoahsArk

In #RE today we learned that we are all different but we are all special to God. We made our faces and each one is unique!

Congratulations again to Father Silviu, our parish priest, on the 3️⃣0️⃣th anniversary of his ordination! We made him big cards to celebrate and he showed them all off at his special Mass. We think he deserves a shout out from Archdiocese of Liverpool #Vocation #Service

As part of #AntiHateCrimeAwarenessWeek, Holy Family organised a parent meeting with Merseyside Police to deliver a session on understanding what hate crimes are and how to report them.Thank you to all who attended. Y5 and 6 also had lessons to support our safeguarding curriculum.

This is our school prayer, we say it every morning and at home time! Year 1 have been learning actions to help us to remember each part of the prayer.

This morning, we gathered together as a school, wearing red, to say no to racism!

On Friday we were able to #showracismtheredcard by wearing red for school, we talked about how we follow our school values, treat each other with well and with respect.
