Throwback to Friday and Meteor enjoying their silent disco for their House Reward 🪩
These pupils have worked extremely hard this term and had a landslide of a win of house points. Well done Meteor! What better way to finish the term?!

On Saturday a team of Y8/9 HP scholars competed in the local heat of the Young Citizens Young Magistrates Comp. The students took on various roles competing in two criminal trials at Worcester Magistrates Court against other schools. They did a fantastic job - we are so proud.

Today was rewards day! We took the top 40 house point achievers for an afternoon of Ninja Warrior to reward all their hard work and efforts so far this year. They were all fantastic and had a brilliant afternoon. A big well done to all!

Fun Friday hit the Maths block today with code breakers! Great to see so many pupils participating and working together to solve the codes. Big thanks to the maths department for hosting!

Fantastic to see our Sixth Form Leadership Team take the lead on today’s Fun Friday. They planned, advertised and delivered Guess the Teacher and it was great. Meteor came out on top with the most house points won, followed by Javelin. Well done to all involved!

We were blown away by our Science Fair entrees on Friday. Lots of hard work, time and effort went into these projects and we loved hearing our students share their passion for science. Well done to all involved!

Yesterday HP took part in their first ever debating competition. As the only state school in the region taking part - we were incredibly proud of our students. A huge well done to Anamarija, Eloise, Kay-Yee & Amarah and thank you to the rest of the debating team who supported.

Our RAF Cadet Squadron had a great day at RAF Brize Norton yesterday.

They had the chance to visit a C17 Globemaster, the Parachute Training School, the Fire Section, and the Joint Air Delivery and Test Unit.

This week we introduced the student voice postbox. This gives pupils an opportunity to share any ideas or suggestions that can help enhance pupil experience at HP. These will be reviewed regularly by our Student Council and SLT. We’re excited to see what HP has to say!

What a way to end the term - HP’s Got Talent Final (organised by our 6th Form Leadership Team), Celebrations Awards and inflatable fun for House Rewards. Now to enjoy the Christmas holidays and look forward to Term 2!

On Wednesday we dropped off the Christmas cards written by HP students to the residents at Pinetree Court, Saintbridge House, Cavendish, Brunswick House, Westbourne and The Knoll care homes. 12 wonderful students sang carols to the residents, accompanied by Miss Lewis on the 🎸

Today all our students took a moment to reflect and show their appreciation to a member of staff. We were overwhelmed by the thoughtful words and kindness shown from our pupils. The letters were delivered to our staff by our lovely prefects at the end of the day. Thank you HP!

Congratulations to our Y10 students who completed the GCHQ Christmas challenge! This year’s Challenge featured complex puzzles, masterminded by their in-house puzzlers. A strong demonstration of problem-solving skills and teamwork revealed the final festive message.

On Friday we took our top 40 house point winners for a rewards trip bowling 🎳
Everyone had a great afternoon and enjoyed their reward for all their hard work and efforts over the term.

Following a successful week of auditions, we proudly introduce the HP's Got Talent finalists!
They will be performing in the FINAL on Wednesday 20th December and what a final it is going to be!
