3A had a very exciting science lesson this week focussing on forces. The class were very good at identifying the force and understanding how it made the object move. Well done 3A keep it up!!

Aaah so good to see so many familiar faces in our ‘Stay and Play Club’! Giving our new to Year One children the chance to return to Reception! It’s like they’ve never been away. ☺️

We were rocking in 3B this afternoon! We started using expression to sing ‘Twinkle twinkle little star’. Some of us sang it in a sad tone, and others in a happy tone. We then performed David Bowies ‘Space oddity’ and used actions for the main part of the song. #music #rockstars

In 3C we have been using different mediums to create Cave Art pieces. We followed step by step instructions using lines and shapes to draw prehistoric animals. #cavemen #charcoal ✍️

Today the children in RB made their own ski slope! They built a slope, set up a queuing area, took it in turns to slide down, shared their ski’s, then they decided all by themselves they’d try different ways to slide down. Collaboration at its BEST! #COEL

RC had a fabulous week! We explored the foam and strengthened our upper body, we matched items and sorted them into groups in maths and we learned our first phonics sounds! We’ve worked so hard!

6B have done some very complicated learning around how packets of data are sent and received online. Building on our work on IP addresses, we physically demonstrated how data is moved from one IP address to another.
