Is there any more annoying injury than shin splints?! 😩 Has happened just when I was seeing gains and enjoying running! Now worried about losing what I’ve gained, not only speed wise but mentally. Any fast recovery advice? (I’ve just bought new trainers so may help) #shinsplints
